Conservatory refurbishment transformation in Essex

The Haye’s of South Woodham Ferrers, Essex said goodbye to their old uPVC polycarbonate roof, windows and French doors and gave their conservatory a new lease of life by upgrading to our Supalite insulated Tiled Conservatory roof, as well as new Liniar upvc A-Rated windows and French doors.

Out with the old and in with the new

It was time for the Hayes old glass uPVC roof, windows and French doors to have a makeover, as their old roof and windows was no longer working for its intended purpose.

There south-facing conservatory space was completely fitted with blinds because the area became very hot in the summer due to their window’s poor thermal efficiency. The Haye’s also felt that there was a lot of wasted space with their conservatory and was hardly used due to the condensation in the winter months and the extreme heat in the summer months, so they were looking for a solution to turn this space into an all-year-round useable room.

At Greenoak Concept & Design, we had the perfect solution for the Hayes. We replaced their existing roof with a solid Insulated Suplaite Tiled Concservatory Roofing system with Walnut tiles to match their house roof, onto new Liniar A-Rated UPVC windows and doors to complete their new usable room.

Our Supalie is the ultimate lightweight tiled roof solution that combines an authentic tiled look with a vaulted interior ceiling, in a bespoke design that can be completely personalised. This thermally efficient design has a U-value as low as 0.15 and it is the most versatile replacement roof on the market.

Internally the whole roof was plastered with LED downlights to add to the style of their home.

The Hayes’ old space was transformed into an extension for the cost and ease-of-installation of a replacement roof.
