We are investigating an assault at The Railway Pub in Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers, at about 8.10pm on Saturday 30 May.

It was reported a suspect punched the victim, a man in his 50s, leaving him with injuries to his head.

The suspect was described as a white man in his late teens or early 20s, slim, with dark hair. He was wearing a blue and white jacket, dark shorts and trainers.
