I had the opportunity to meet Katrina Fennessy last week, our recent competition winner! She was truly overwhelmed with joy upon receiving her prize of £50.

I believe Katrina represents the older generation that embraces modern technology, proving that there are no age limitations when it comes to using the internet.

Katrina has been a resident of South Woodham for over 30 years but recently moved out of town. She finds Our Town online magazine to be a fantastic resource for keeping in touch with what’s happening in South Woodham. She particularly enjoyed the gardening articles and, to no one’s surprise, found our very own John Cormack’s diaries very entertaining. We all agreed that we love John!

We strive to cover a variety of “What’s On” events and update our content weekly, which Katrina found very useful. She also appreciated how easy it was to navigate the website from her mobile phone.
