The NHS in mid and south Essex is inviting local people to share their views on adult vaccinations through a short, anonymous survey.

Covering COVID-19 boosters, flu, pneumococcal, RSV, and shingles vaccines, the survey explores attitudes and practical factors affecting vaccination decisions. 

With some parts of Essex experiencing lower vaccination rates, your responses will help create fairer, more accessible services that meet community needs. The survey takes just five minutes to complete and if you’d like to give more detailed feedback, you can also email: mseics.getinvolved@nhs.net
