South Woodham Ferrers (SWF) Health & Social Care Group (the Group) was established to look after the health and social care interests of the people of SWF, recognising the roles of health and social care related professionals, volunteers and the Patient Participation Groups. It is a patient, services user and public engagement group.

The Group incorporates the SWF Healthcare 2000 Task Force, which convenes when consultation or representation is required to consider major health and social care issues affecting the Town. The Task Force is comprised of invited representatives of all the Town’s constituencies.

We are a voluntary organisation and aim to answer emails and voicemails within 24 hours as far as possible.
