Essex Housing Solutions connects landlords with contracting agencies that need accommodation for their workers across Essex and the Thames Gateway. We take on suitable properties, coordinate agreed refurbishment and furnishing, and manage accommodation arrangements around workforce requirements.

Founded by Basildon-born Wahid Ali, the business draws on his property refurbishment and workforce accommodation experience in Dubai. Our focus is on bringing underused homes back into productive use while providing comfortable places for contractors to stay.
