South Woodham Ferrers Rotary Club welcomes “Our Town” and wishes every success to the new online magazine which promises informative and interactive content of both interest and value to our Community.
The Rotary Club has been working for the benefit of the town and worthy causes for over forty years. Although part of a global network of 46,000 clubs and 1.4million members its work is often not known. Raising money for Community and charitable purposes, for example, we:-
Bring Santa to the children of SWF
Organise a Swimarathon (in March)
Collect 100s of Toys and Books for disadvantaged children
Mentor RotaKids Clubs and Youth Competitions
As a friendly group of men and women we provide many services to the Community, but to continue to do so WE NEED MORE ROTARIANS or these services will stop.
