Sir John Whittingdale OBE joined invited staff and customers to celebrate Chillies Indian Fusion Restaurant’s 20th anniversary in South Woodham Ferrers.

The celebration, held on Wednesday, 6th May, featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Kam, the proprietor, with staff and loyal customers marking the milestone.

To celebrate the occasion guests were treated to an evening of delicious Indian Bangladeshi Cuisine to celebrate their anniversary.

The entrance to Chillies was decorated in style with clusters of balloons and a garland running from the foyer and leading up the stairs to the restaurant.

When you visit Chillies, you will encounter a vibrant dining experience, blending distinctive ambience, exquisite dishes, and authentic culinary styles from India and Bangladesh. When you walk in, you will be met by a smartly dressed member of staff who will be on hand to talk you through their comprehensive menu and recommend dishes to suit your taste buds. You can choose from appetising starters to some mouth-watering main dishes.

The food is always professionally presented, and they have a 5-star food hygiene rating reflecting the highest standard for food safety. This rating is reviewed annually, with no prior notice given as to when food hygiene inspectors will conduct their inspections.
