It was time for the Head’s old rendering and hung tiles to have a makeover, as their external property was not performing or the new modern look, they were going for within their property refurbishment.

The Head’s property was in constant need of painting and maintenance due to the weather, poor thermal efficiency, size and location.

This beautiful property is located on top of a hill and open to the elements throughout the year and was in the final stages of its year renovation. The Head’s wanted the to give their property the best finish look to the exterior as well and maintaining great
